Condo jobs are our specialty.
Most remodelers avoid condo buildings. We do most of our work in them. Condos are our specialty — we know HOA approval rules, elevator reservations, quiet hours, and the insurance certificates buildings ask for before anyone lifts a tool.
We carry commercial-grade insurance, so your building manager gets the paperwork without a chase. If you live in a condo anywhere from downtown Seattle to Bellevue, Kirkland, or Redmond, the process is one we have run hundreds of times.
