We walk the entire roof and document it with photos — field, flashings, valleys, every penetration.
Most leaks start at flashing or a lifted tile. We trace the water to its source and fix the cause, not the ceiling stain.
When the roof is past repair, we say so. Tear-off to the deck, new underlayment, install to manufacturer spec.
Phoenix tile usually outlives its underlayment. We lift your tile, lay new underlayment, reset the tile.
Flat and low-slope work for offices, retail and warehouses — plus maintenance plans that prevent shutdowns.
Monsoon damage does not wait for business hours. Temporary patches stop the water until the full repair.

We are licensed, bonded and insured, and every job gets a supervisor who walks the roof with you before the work starts and after it finishes. Our rule has not changed in forty-two years: do the job the way you would want it done on your own house. Free inspection. Honest assessment. Written estimate. Yes — inspection, photo report and written estimate. We have worked this way since 1982 because it is how you earn trust.
Three to five working days for most single-family homes. Tile lift-and-relay runs longer; you get the schedule in writing first.
It is our most common Phoenix job — slipped and broken tile repair, plus underlayment replacement underneath existing tile.
Mon–Fri 7:30am–4:30pm, excluding holidays. Storm damage gets priority scheduling regardless of the day.
