Scott Roofing Company has been family-owned and operated in Arizona since 1982, serving more than 40,000 residents across Phoenix and Tucson. We do one thing — roofs — and we do it the way our name depends on it. Phoenix is hard on roofs: 115-degree summers bake underlayment, monsoon winds lift tile, and flat roofs pond where drains clog. Forty-two years here means we have seen every failure this climate can invent — and fixed it.

02 — A technician walks the roof, photographs everything, and tells you what is urgent and what can wait.
03 — You get a line-item written estimate. The price on the estimate is the price on the invoice.
04 — The crew shows up on time, protects your landscaping, cleans up daily, and walks the finished roof with you.

Q1Is the estimate really free?
Yes. Inspection, photo report and written estimate cost you nothing, and we do not chase you afterward. It is how we have earned business since 1982.
Q2How long does a re-roof take?
Three to five working days for most single-family homes. Tile lift-and-relay takes longer because every tile is handled twice. You get the schedule in writing before we start.
Q3Can you fix tile roofs?
Tile is our most common Phoenix job. We repair slipped and broken tile and replace the underlayment underneath it — which is what usually fails first.
Q4What happens if it rains mid-job?
We never leave a roof exposed overnight. If weather forces a pause, we seal everything watertight and reschedule immediately.
