New roof installations
Full replacements in slate, tile or flat roofing systems. Stripped to timbers, re-felted with breathable membrane, finished to last decades. Fixed written quote and agreed timescale before we start.
Roughcasting
Pebble-dash render that shields your walls from driving rain and freshens the whole property. Patch repairs matched to the existing finish, or full elevations stripped and re-dashed.
Roofline — fascias, soffits, gutters
Rotten boards out, vented boards in; leaking gutters repaired or fully replaced in timber or low-maintenance UPVC. A surprising number of "roof leaks" are really roofline failures.
Building work
General building projects for homes and businesses, priced to suit the budget. If it connects to the roof or the outside of the building, we probably do it.

Repair or replace?
Repair first, always. We only recommend a new roof when the existing one is genuinely at the end of its life.
What does roughcasting do?
It is a weatherproof pebble-dash render for exterior walls. Cracked or hollow dash lets water into the wall — we patch it or re-render the elevation.
Are you insured?
Fully insured, all work guaranteed, locally sourced materials, before-and-after photos on every job.
How long does a re-roof take?
Most domestic jobs run from a few days to two weeks. Timescale agreed in writing before we start.
