Asked
often
01 How long does a detail take?
A maintenance wash runs about ninety minutes. A full interior and exterior detail usually takes three to five hours depending on vehicle size and how dirty it is. Paint correction and ceramic coating are full-day or multi-day jobs — we will give you a straight time estimate during the walkaround, and we would rather finish early than promise early.
02 Do I need to provide water or power?
No. The van carries its own water supply and quiet power, plus shade for hot Dallas afternoons. All we need is enough room to open the doors and walk around the vehicle — a driveway, a parking spot at your office, or a wide spot on the street all work.
03 Where do you work?
We are based in Dallas and run routes across the metro. If you are outside our usual loop, call anyway — for coating and correction jobs we regularly travel further, and multi-car bookings (two or more vehicles at one address) make the trip easy to justify.
04 Will paint correction remove all my scratches?
Swirls, haze, light scratches, and oxidation — yes, those come out. Deep scratches that catch your fingernail have gone through the clear coat, and no honest polisher will promise those away without repainting. During the walkaround we will show you which defects are correctable and which are not, before you spend a dollar.
05 How do I take care of a ceramic coating?
Wash with a pH-neutral soap, skip the automatic brush washes, and dry with clean microfiber. The coating makes dirt release easily, so maintenance washes are quick. We hand every coating customer a one-page care sheet, and we offer maintenance washes to keep the hydrophobics performing year after year.
06 How do I book?
Call or text (214) 926-5573 with your vehicle year, make, and model and what you want done. We will quote a firm price, pick a day, and confirm the night before. A deposit holds multi-day correction and coating slots; washes and details can usually be booked within the week.
