Services

Installation, repair, maintenance and recoating — on shingle, tile, metal, foam (SPF), TPO, single-ply and gravel roofs. If it keeps water out of a Valley building, we work on it.

  • Full installation & replacement — tear-off to the deck, new underlayment rated for desert heat, manufacturer-spec install. Typical Phoenix home: 1–5 days.
  • Repairs — leak tracing to the true source, flashing, tile swaps, flat-roof patches. Most minor repairs finished in one visit.
  • Maintenance — seasonal programs for homeowners, HOAs and property managers: debris, sealant, penetrations, drainage.
  • Foam recoating — clean, repair and elastomeric recoat of SPF roofs for another decade-plus of life, no tear-off.
  • Tile lift & relay — keep your tiles, replace the underlayment underneath (the part that actually fails).

  • Day 1 — report. Photos of every issue, causes, and what waiting costs you.
  • Days 2–6 — the work. Protected landscaping, daily cleanup, magnet sweep for nails, supervisor on site.
  • Storm damage — the claim. We document to claim standard and meet your adjuster on the roof.

Questions

How long does a roof replacement take? +

Typically 1–5 days for a Phoenix home. Size, pitch and roof type set the schedule; your written proposal carries a firm timeline before work starts.

What holds up best in Arizona heat? +

Tile, metal and foam (SPF) lead the pack. They shed heat and resist UV far better than most alternatives. Shingle works with the right underlayment and ventilation.

Is a 20–30 year old roof done? +

Plan on replacement in that window. Most Valley roofs reach end of life between 20 and 30 years. A free photo inspection tells you if repairs buy real time.

Do you offer financing? +

Yes, financing is available. We walk through options at estimate time so the monthly number works first.

Will you help with my insurance claim? +

Yes. Hail and monsoon wind damage documented to claim standard, and we meet the adjuster on the roof.
