01 — Who we are

A Phoenix roof lives a harder life than most roofs. One hundred fifteen degrees in July, monsoon wind in August, and UV that never takes a day off. We build for exactly that.

RENCO Roofing is a roofing contractor based at 2210 W Shangri-la Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85029, serving the whole Phoenix metro — Avondale, Cave Creek, Chandler, Fountain Hills, Gilbert, Glendale, Paradise Valley, Peoria, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Surprise and Tempe. We work on residential homes, HOA communities and commercial / industrial buildings. We are licensed and insured in Arizona: ROC 195475 (KB-2 Dual Residential and Small Commercial) and ROC 196424 (CR-42 Roofing). Our office runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and every inspection we do comes back to you as a written report with photos — what we found, what it means, and what we recommend, in plain language. Most replacement jobs finish in 1 to 5 days. Financing is available, materials and labor carry warranties, and if storm damage is involved we help you work through the insurance claim.

What we work on

01

Roof installation

Full tear-off and replacement for homes and small commercial buildings. We strip to the deck, check every sheet of sheathing, lay the right underlayment for desert heat, and install to manufacturer spec so the warranty actually holds. Typical Phoenix home: 1–5 days on the roof.

02

Roof repair

Leaks, lifted shingles, cracked tiles, flashing failures, ponding on flat roofs. We find the actual source — not just where the water shows up inside — and fix it with materials matched to your existing roof. Minor repairs are often done in a single visit.

03

Maintenance programs

Arizona roofs age in dog years. Scheduled maintenance — debris clearing, sealant checks, penetration inspections, drainage verification — catches the small stuff before monsoon season turns it into a ceiling stain. Built for homeowners, HOAs and property managers.

Foam recoating

Spray polyurethane foam (SPF) roofs are everywhere in the Valley, and a recoat is how you get another 10+ years out of one without a tear-off. We clean, repair and recoat with elastomeric coating, restoring reflectivity and waterproofing in days, not weeks.

05

Tile roofing

Concrete and clay tile handle Arizona sun better than almost anything — but the underlayment underneath is the real roof. We do tile lift-and-relay (save your tiles, replace the underlayment), broken tile replacement and full tile installs.

LIFT + RELAYUNDERLAYMENT
06

Metal roofing

Standing seam and metal panels shed heat, shrug off monsoon wind and outlast most alternatives in this climate. Higher upfront cost, lower lifetime cost. We install residential metal systems built for 110°+ summers.

07

Flat & low-slope

TPO, single-ply membranes and gravel built-up roofs for commercial and industrial buildings — plus foam. We handle new installs, re-covers and the drainage detailing that decides whether a flat roof survives a haboob.

03 — How it works

Four steps.
No surprises.

Step 01

Call, we come out

Call (602) 867-9386, Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM. Tell us what you're seeing — a stain on the ceiling, granules in the gutters, a roof that's simply old. We schedule an on-site inspection, free, anywhere in the Phoenix metro.

  • Free on-site inspection — homes, HOAs, commercial
  • Written report with photos — you keep it either way
  • Plain-language findings — no pressure tactics

Step 02

You see everything we see

Most roofers tell you what they found. We show you. Your inspection report includes photos of every problem area, what caused it, and what happens if it waits. Repair, recoat or replace — the recommendation is sized to your roof's actual condition, not our schedule.

  • Photo documentation of every issue
  • Options at 2–3 price levels where it makes sense
  • Financing available for larger jobs

Step 03

The crew gets to work

Typical replacement: 1–5 days. We protect landscaping and pool areas, tear off to the deck, replace bad sheathing, and install per manufacturer spec. A supervisor is on site, and you get a daily update — start time, end time, what's done.

  • Licensed & insured — AZ ROC 195475 & 196424
  • Materials & labor warranties
  • Daily cleanup — magnet sweep for nails

Step 04

Storm damage? We help with the claim

Hail and monsoon wind are insurance events, not just repair bills. If your damage qualifies, we document it to claim standard, meet the adjuster on the roof, and make sure the scope covers what the roof actually needs. You pay your deductible; we handle the paperwork headaches.

  • Claim-standard documentation
  • Adjuster meeting on-site
  • HOA & property manager coordination

04 — Sample pricing

05 — Questions

Asked a lot.

How long does a roof replacement take? +

Most homes take 1 to 5 days. Size, pitch, roof type and weather set the schedule. You'll get a firm timeline in your written proposal before we start — and a daily update while we're on the roof.

Which roof types actually handle Arizona heat? +

Tile, metal and foam (SPF) are the desert's top three. Tile and metal shed heat and resist UV; foam adds insulation and continuous waterproofing. Shingle works too with the right underlayment and ventilation — we'll tell you honestly which fits your house and budget.

My roof is 20–30 years old. Repair or replace? +

At 20–30 years, start planning for replacement. Most Phoenix roofs reach end of life in that window. A free inspection with photos tells you whether targeted repairs buy real time or just delay the inevitable.

Do you offer financing? +

Yes, financing is available. A roof is a big-ticket item; we'll walk you through the options during your estimate so the monthly number works before the work starts.

Can you help with an insurance claim? +

Yes — storm and hail damage is something we handle regularly. We document to claim standard, meet your adjuster on the roof, and make sure the approved scope actually fixes the roof.

Are you licensed? +

Yes. Licensed and insured in Arizona: ROC 195475 (KB-2 Dual Residential and Small Commercial) and ROC 196424 (CR-42 Roofing). Both numbers are on every proposal we write.
