We are a heating shop, not a call centre. Since 1994 we have worked the furnace rooms, boiler rooms and crawlspaces of Greater Vancouver — the kind of places you only see when something has gone wrong. We fix what is broken, maintain what still has life in it, and tell you straight when replacement is the honest answer. Gas work leaves no room for shortcuts, so we do not take any.

Furnaces are what we know best. We diagnose and repair all major makes, and when a unit is past its honest life we size and install a replacement that fits the house — not a sales quota.
Boilers run for decades when they are cared for. We service, repair and replace residential and light-commercial hot water boilers, and we clean up the near-boiler piping while we are in there.
We supply, install and service tank and tankless water heaters. If the hot water runs out halfway through the morning rush, that is our kind of problem.
In-floor radiant heat is quiet, even and easy to love — until something goes wrong. We maintain and retrofit hydronic systems: manifolds, pumps, mixing valves and controls.
Annual cleaning and safety checks for gas fireplaces and inserts. We keep the glass clear, the pilot steady and the room warm.
New gas lines, reroutes and additions for ranges, dryers, barbecues and heaters — run clean, pressure-tested and up to code.

Most shops will sell you a furnace and figure out the boiler later. We started with boilers. We understand water temperatures, delta-T, outdoor reset and why your radiators gurgle at 6 a.m. If your house runs on hot water, you want someone who thinks in hot water.
We are a bonded & insured gas contractor, and we act like the licence is on the line on every job — because it is. Every joint wiped, every run pressure-tested, every appliance checked for spillage and carbon monoxide before we pack up.
A dead furnace in January is not a next-week problem. Neither is the smell of gas. We keep room in the schedule for no-heat calls and gas-leak repairs across Vancouver and the surrounding cities — call and a person picks up.

Every job ends with a full test run — pressures, temperatures, safeties — and a workspace cleaner than we found it. We walk you through what we did before we leave.
