Tank and tankless replacement and new installs. Cold shower at 6 a.m.? We swap most standard tanks the same day — haul the old one out, set the new one, check the venting and the pan drain, and test it before we leave. A whole-home PEX repipe replaces all of it with flexible, freeze-tolerant pipe and modern manifold layouts. We plan the runs to cut as little drywall as possible, keep your water on every night of the job, and pressure-test the full system before we call it done.

Yes — every time. We diagnose first, then hand you a firm written price. You approve it before a wrench turns, and it doesn't move mid-job. If we find something unexpected once we're in, we stop and talk about it before spending your money.

I heard you changed names — are you still Redfin? +

Their own site says they're now booking as Linc Home Services. This page is a design concept, so it keeps the Redfin name — if you book through redfinplumbing.com, expect to see the new name on the booking flow.
