Roofing contractor — Houston, TX

A roof you
stop thinking about.

That is the whole goal. A roof that does not drip, does not lift in a storm, and does not need you to keep an eye on it. We repair roofs and replace them for homeowners across Houston — inspected on the roof, priced in writing, built without drama.

Every job starts the same way: we climb up, photograph what we find, and show you before we quote a number. No lump-sum mysteries, no pressure to sign on the spot. If a repair will do, we say so. If the roof is done, we show you why.

Call or text (555) 010-2030 — tell us what you are seeing and we will set a free inspection.

Services

Five things we do. Nothing we don't.

We keep the list short on purpose. These are the jobs we do every week, with the crew and the materials to do them right.

01

Roof repair

Leak tracing with a moisture check, lifted or missing shingles, cracked flashing, vent boots, chimney and skylight seals. Most repairs are diagnosed on the first visit — we find the entry point, show you photos, and fix it the same trip when the parts are on the truck.

02

Full replacement

Tear-off down to the deck, soft boards swapped, new underlayment, flashing and shingles. You choose the shingle line; we handle tear-off, disposal and the paperwork. Typical homes finish in one to three working days.

03

Metal roofing

Standing-seam and exposed-fastener metal for homes that want fewer replacements over their lifetime. We talk through noise, cost and panel options honestly — metal is not right for every roof, and we will say so.

04

Storm damage

Hail and wind are a Houston fact of life. We document damage with dated photos, walk you through what an insurance claim usually asks for, and can tarp a damaged section the same day to stop water getting in.

05

Gutters

Seamless aluminum gutters, downspouts and guards — installed or re-hung so water actually leaves the house. Often bundled with a roof job so the whole water path is handled in one visit.

Sample rates

What things roughly cost.

Every roof is different — pitch, layers, access and material move the number. These are starting illustrations, not quotes. Your written estimate after inspection is the real price.

Example scopes

What a typical job looks like.

Not past projects — just honest sketches of what each kind of job usually involves, so you know what to expect.

Scope A

Shingle replacement, single-story home

Tear-off of one worn layer, a handful of soft deck boards swapped, synthetic underlayment, new drip edge and step flashing, architectural shingles. Crew of four to six, usually done in a day or two, yard swept with magnets before we leave.

Typical duration — 1 to 2 days
Scope B

Leak repair after a storm

Roof-top inspection with moisture meter, photos of lifted shingles and a failed vent boot, fixed price approved on the spot, repair completed the same visit. Dated photo set provided for your records or an insurance claim.

Typical duration — one visit
Scope C

Standing-seam metal, full replacement

Tear-off, high-temp underlayment, concealed-fastener panels with matching trim, ridge vent integrated. Quieter than people expect, heavier on the wallet up front, fewer replacements over the home's life.

Typical duration — 3 to 5 days
Scope D

Gutters with a roof job

Seamless aluminum gutters run on-site to exact lengths, new downspouts tied into existing drainage, guards optional. Bundled with roofing so scaffolding and crew are already there.

Typical duration — half a day, bundled
Process & materials

How a job runs, step by step.

Call. (555) 010-2030 — tell us what you are seeing: stain on the ceiling, shingles in the yard, drip during rain.

Inspect. Free, on the roof, with photos you get to keep. We would rather look than guess.

Estimate. Itemized and written: scope, materials, price, schedule. No pressure to sign on the spot.

Build. Scheduled crew, tarps on landscaping, magnetic nail sweep of the yard every work day.

Walkthrough. We walk the finished roof and the ground with you, hand over photos and warranty paperwork, and only then call it done.

Materials: architectural asphalt shingles as the standard line, standing-seam or exposed-fastener metal on request, synthetic underlayment with ice-and-water shield at valleys and eaves, aluminum drip edge and step flashing, balanced ridge ventilation. Warranty: manufacturer coverage on materials plus a written workmanship warranty on labor — both in writing at the walkthrough.

Questions

Asked often.

Do you charge for inspections?

No — inspections and written estimates are free across our Houston service area.

Repair or replace — how do you decide?

By what the roof shows: localized damage with a sound field gets a repair; widespread granule loss, curling, or multiple leak points usually mean replacement is the cheaper long-term call. We show you the photos and explain both options.

What about hail damage and insurance?

We document with dated photos and explain what insurers usually ask for. Emergency tarping the same day when water is getting in.

Will there be nails in my yard?

Landscaping is tarped before tear-off, and we run a magnetic sweep of the yard and driveway at the end of every work day and again at final cleanup.
