When a roof is past patching, replacement is tear-off to the deck, deck boards swapped where soft, ice-and-water shield at valleys and eaves, synthetic underlayment, new flashing, then shingles.
Card 03 — Materials
We install architectural asphalt shingles as the standard line, standing-seam or exposed-fastener metal panels on request, and seamless aluminum gutters. Underlayment, flashing and fasteners are spec-matched to the roof, not the cheapest bin.
