You approve an upfront quote before any work starts. Most standard jobs — tap repairs, fixture swaps, minor leak fixes — land between $85 and $220 (sample pricing). Bigger work like cylinder replacements is quoted on site, in writing.
Yes. Every job carries a 1-year guarantee on workmanship and materials. If something we fixed isn’t right, we come back and sort it for free — that’s the deal, in plain English.
Yes — all Plumberz plumbers are licensed and insured, and cylinder installations are certified on completion.
For urgent leaks and burst pipes we aim for same-day response across West Auckland. Standard bookings are usually within one to two working days.
