We started in 1986 as Loyal Mechanical in the Loyal Heights and Ballard neighborhoods. Founder Brian Larson grew up in Ballard and graduated from Ballard High School. In 1991 we acquired Pioneer Plumbing and expanded into service plumbing — and we have been a family-run shop ever since.
