Leak tracing, flashing repair, shingle replacement, moss remediation. We diagnose the source before we quote the fix, and we show you the photos.
Solar panel installation
Rooftop solar for homes and businesses, sized to your roof and your usage. Because we are roofers first, the mounting never compromises the waterproofing.
Emergency leak repair
Water coming in now? The emergency line runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We stop the damage first and quote the permanent repair after.
Roof removal & conversion
Changing systems — cedar to shingle, built-up to membrane. We handle the detailing and ventilation questions that make conversions succeed or fail.
Flat & low-slope
Membrane roofing for commercial buildings and modern homes, with heat-welded seams and proper drainage. No ponding left behind.

Inspect. We walk the roof and the attic side, photograph everything, and tell you what we see. The inspection and the straight answer are free.
Estimate. One written quote, line by line — materials, labour, disposal, warranty. If the deck hides a surprise mid-job, you hear about it before we touch it, not on the invoice.
Install. COR-certified safety practices, a foreman on site, and daily cleanup. Your landscaping gets protected like it is ours.
Warranty. Lifetime warranty on our own manufactured roofing products and accessories, plus written workmanship and manufacturer coverage. You get the paperwork, not a handshake.

FAQ
Repair or replace?
Age and spread decide. A local leak on a younger roof is a repair. Widespread wear on a 20-plus-year roof is a replacement. We inspect free and tell you which — the advice costs us nothing either way.
What will a new roof cost?
It is priced per roof, not per slogan. Size, pitch, tear-off layers, and material set the number. You get one written estimate after the inspection. Sample pricing on request.
Can you put solar on my current roof?
Often — if the roof has the years left to carry it. Under 10–15 years of shingle life remaining, we usually recommend re-roofing first. One visit from us answers both the roofing and the solar question.
What does the warranty cover?
Lifetime coverage on our own manufactured roofing products and accessories, for Penfolds customers. Workmanship and manufacturer warranties are written into the contract. Read the sheet before you sign — we insist.
Do you do emergency calls?
Yes, around the clock. Active leak, heavy rain, fallen branch — call any hour and we will get out to stop the water.
