It depends on the roof's age and the damage's spread. A localized leak on a 10-year-old shingle roof is usually a repair. Widespread curling, granule loss, or leaks in multiple spots on a 20-plus-year-old roof usually means replacement costs less than chasing repairs. We inspect first and tell you which one it is — we make the same money either way, so the advice is honest.
Every roof is priced on its own measurements. Size, pitch, layers to remove, and material choice all move the number. What we can promise: one written, line-by-line estimate after a free inspection, and no mid-job surprises. Sample pricing available on request.
Usually yes — but the roof has to be worth mounting to. If your shingles have less than 10–15 years left, we will usually recommend re-roofing first, because pulling panels off later to replace the roof underneath is expensive. We do both trades, so one visit answers both questions.
Our own manufactured roofing products and accessories carry a lifetime warranty, exclusive to Penfolds customers. Workmanship and manufacturer warranties apply on top, spelled out in writing before we start. Ask us for the warranty sheet — we would rather you read it than trust a slogan.
Yes — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If water is coming in, call and we will get someone out to stop it. The permanent repair gets quoted after the bleeding stops.
