Chapter 01 — Arrival
The van pulls up. You go back inside.
Most of our clients never watch us work, and that is the point. You book a morning, hand over the keys, and go about your day. The van carries its own water and power, so there is nothing to set up and nothing to plug in. By the time you come back out, the car reads the way it did on delivery day — glass clear, paint deep, interior smelling like nothing at all.
We service Highland Park, University Park, Preston Hollow, Bluffview, Lakewood, and the wider DFW metroplex. Home, office, or storage facility — wherever the car lives is where the work happens. A full detail takes three to five hours; coating and multi-stage correction are scheduled as multi-day appointments around your calendar.
Process
Foam, then two buckets
Every exterior starts with a foam pre-soak to lift grit before a mitt ever touches the paint, then a proper two-bucket wash. It is slower than a tunnel. That is the entire idea.
Correction
Measured, not guessed
Before any machine polishing we take paint-depth readings, so correction removes defects without cutting more clear coat than the finish can spare.
Coating
Prep is the product
A coating over swirled paint locks in flaws for years. Ours are decontaminated, corrected, and panel-wiped before a single drop of coating goes on — then cured under cover.
Interior
The invisible reset
Extraction, steam, leather cleaned and conditioned, headliner done. Pet hair gets a dedicated pass; smoke and organic odor get ozone. The goal is a cabin that smells like nothing.
Estates
Six-car garages welcome
Multi-car scheduling in one visit, coating maintenance for climate-controlled collections, discreet vetted techs. References available on request.
Chapter 02 — The standard
Three decades of the same discipline.
We have been detailing the Park Cities since before most of today's detailers were born, and the formula has not changed: come to the client, bring everything, leave the car better than you found it. Licensed and insured, with certificates available for gated communities and corporate garages. The technicians who show up are long-tenured — this is a craft crew, not a gig roster.
Exotic and limited-production cars are a regular part of the week, but the daily Range Rover gets the same prep sheet as the GT3. If you have ever dropped a car off somewhere and hoped for the best, working with us is the opposite of that: a written scope, a fixed price, and a walkaround before we leave.
Good to know
What we need on-site
Only access to the vehicle. Water, power, shade, and products all ride in the van. No hookups required from you.
Coating warranties
Two, five, and seven-year coating tiers, with the warranty in writing. Which tier fits depends on how the car is stored and driven — we will say so honestly at intake.
Maintenance plans
Standing monthly or quarterly visits with priority booking and preferred pricing. The lightest way to keep a coating — or a fresh correction — at peak year-round.
Booking
By appointment, usually within the same week. Call or email with the year, make, model, and what bothers you; we respond personally within one business day.
