New boiler installation
A-rated condensing boilers, sized properly for your home and fitted by Gas Safe engineers. Free home survey, a fixed written quote, most swaps finished in a single day, manufacturer warranties of up to 10 years registered on your behalf.
Heating system design & installation
Full systems designed from scratch — boiler, radiators, pipework, smart controls and hot water. We heat-loss calculate every room so nothing is oversized, nothing is left cold, and the controls actually make sense to use.
Annual boiler servicing
A proper yearly service keeps your boiler safe, efficient and inside its warranty terms. Around an hour on site: full strip-down, burner and heat-exchanger check, flue and combustion analysis, gas pressure, seals, and a written report.
Boiler repairs & breakdown callouts
Fault-finding on most makes and models, with common parts carried on the van. Honest diagnosis first — we repair where repair makes sense and tell you straight when a replacement would cost you less in the long run.
Landlord gas safety certificates
Annual CP12 inspections for rental properties — a legal requirement every 12 months. Every gas appliance and flue checked, certificate issued the same day, and we remind you before the next one falls due.
Boiler & system cover plans
Monthly cover bundling your annual service with parts-and-labour protection against breakdowns. No callout fees, priority booking when things go wrong, one predictable payment instead of surprise bills.

How much does a new boiler cost?
Most straightforward combi swaps land between £1,800 and £3,200 (Sample) — but the honest answer is that it depends on your home. Boiler type, flue route, controls, whether the system needs a powerflush and how much pipework has to move all shift the price. Every install starts with a free survey and ends with a fixed written quote.
Do you really offer 0% finance?
Yes — 0% finance options are available on new boilers and full heating systems. You spread the cost over monthly payments with no interest added. We run through the application with you during the survey visit and most decisions come back the same day, subject to status.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Leeds and cover Yorkshire and Lancashire day to day: Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Harrogate, Halifax, Barnsley, Dewsbury and Pontefract. For larger work like full system installs we will travel further — just ask.
My boiler has packed up — what now?
Do not panic — most "dead boiler" calls turn out to be something simple. Check the thermostat is up, the boiler has power, and the pressure gauge reads 1–1.5 bar; top up via the filling loop if low, then press reset once. Smell gas? Call 0800 111 999. Otherwise ring us any time — our breakdown line is 24/7.
What is included in an annual service?
More than a quick look and a sticker. Around an hour: strip-down of burner and heat exchanger, flue and combustion analysis, gas rate and pressure checks, seals and safety devices tested, condensate trap cleaned, and a written report. It keeps you safe, keeps the boiler efficient, and keeps most manufacturer warranties valid.
