We are Northern Heatlink, a team of Gas Safe registered heating engineers working out of Leeds. Every year we carry out XX+ boiler and system services across Yorkshire and Lancashire — installs, services, repairs and landlord safety checks, all quoted fixed before we lift a spanner. No call-centre runaround, no mystery pricing: one engineer who knows your system, answers the phone, and comes back if anything is not right.

Check the basics. Thermostat turned up, boiler switched on, pressure gauge reading 1–1.5 bar. If the pressure is low, top it up via the filling loop; press the reset button once and wait.

Boiler type, flue route, controls, whether the system needs a powerflush and how much pipework has to move all shift the price. That is why every install starts with a free survey and ends with a fixed written quote: the number we give you is the number you pay.

We run through the application with you during the survey visit and most decisions come back the same day, subject to status.

Yes, it is the law: every rental property with gas needs a CP12 certificate renewed every 12 months. We check every gas appliance and flue in the property, issue the certificate the same day, and set a reminder so you never let one lapse. Block bookings for portfolios are welcome.
