LANDSCAPING — MIAMI, FL

Yards that survive August, planned in April.

We are a full-service landscaping crew working across Miami-Dade. Design, installation, irrigation and drainage, outdoor living spaces, and the recurring care that keeps everything alive. One team from the first walkthrough to the last hedge trim — no hand-offs, no call centers.

South Florida is its own climate: sandy soil, salt air, afternoon storms from June to September, and a watering schedule the county actually enforces. We plant for those realities — native and Florida-friendly species, St. Augustine and Zoysia turf matched to your light, drainage graded for the storm, not the brochure photo.

Every project starts with a free walkthrough and a plan with line-by-line sample pricing. If a plant will not make it on your street, we will tell you before we sell it to you.

"The cheapest yard is the one you only plant once."

— our crew's rule of thumb, said on every walkthrough

01 — DESIGN

Drawn for your lot, not copied from a catalog.

A walkthrough first: we measure, note sun and shade through the day, check where water sits after rain, and ask how you use the space — kids, dogs, pool parties, or just a quiet coffee corner. Then a planting plan built around it: layers of groundcover, mid-height color, and canopy; Florida-friendly palettes following UF/IFAS guidance; hardscape drawn to scale before a shovel moves.

02 — INSTALL

Irrigation first, planting last, cleanup always.

Install order matters: irrigation lines go in before sod, hardscape before beds, planting before lighting. Sod on prepped soil — never on top of old weeds. Three inches of mulch, never a volcano around the trunk. Palms set at the right depth with the right mix. And we leave the driveway cleaner than we found it.

03 — WATER

Half our calls are water problems in costume.

Brown patches that are actually broken heads. A "dying" hedge that is drowning. A patio that floods because the downspout ends at the foundation. Irrigation repair starts with a full audit — every zone run, every head checked. Then: matched nozzles, rain sensors, controllers set to Miami-Dade's watering days. For the rainy season, the fix is drainage: French drains, regraded swales, catch basins.

04 — OUTDOOR LIVING

Rooms outside, planted in.

Patios with real drainage slope. Pergolas rated for the wind zone. Outdoor kitchens with gas and water run properly. Fire features at safe clearances. Low-voltage lighting that makes paths walkable after dark. We build the structure and plant around it in the same project, so it looks grown-in by the first barbecue.

Field notes, in our own words

"

St. Augustine in full sun, Zoysia where the oak shades half the lawn. Get that backwards and you will re-sod within two years. We measure the light before we quote the grass.

NOTE 01 — TURF CHOICE

"

Three inches of mulch. Not six, not a volcano piled against the trunk. Half the "sick trees" we get called about are just buried too deep.

NOTE 02 — MULCH

"

Trim weak limbs in May, clear the drains in May, check the rain sensor in May. June does not negotiate.

NOTE 03 — STORM SEASON

"

A patio that holds water holds mosquitoes. We grade every hardscape away from the house at a slope you can feel with your feet.

NOTE 04 — GRADING

"

Salt air kills inland plants within a mile of the bay. If you are east of US-1, the plant list changes — we plan for it.

NOTE 05 — SALT
