Nao started with a simple frustration: good ramen in Perth was hard to find without a plane ticket. So we built the shop we wanted to eat at. A short menu, because a short menu is a promise — everything on it gets our full attention, every single day.
Our noodles are the whole point. Original egg, spinach, chilli and squid ink — each cut fresh each morning, each with its own bite. Pair any of them with shoyu, miso, shio or spicy miso broth and you have sixteen bowls before we even talk toppings.
Lunch here is quick: order at the counter, bowl in minutes, back to the office before your break ends. Dinner slows down a little — bring a friend, order gyoza for the table, stay for a second bowl. That is the entire philosophy.
