About the school

Slow yoga,
serious study

We teach yoga the way it was meant to be learned: slowly, precisely, and in good company. Naada is an education-first school in Montreal's Mile End — every hatha class is taught in-studio and live-streamed with a full week of replay, every teacher on our roster has been trained to teach, and our 200-hour training is registered with Yoga Alliance. Yoga here is a living and evolving practice, not a workout trend.

Hatha yoga classes

In-studio + live stream

Classical hatha, taught in person at our Mile End studio and streamed live for home practice. Every class is recorded with one week of replay included, and teachers offer variations for every level — first-timers and long-time practitioners share the same room.

Infrared sauna

Before / after class

A quiet infrared sauna on site. Warm up your muscles before practice or book a session on its own to unwind — pair it with an evening class and go home loose.

03

Meditation

Guided meditation sessions woven into the weekly schedule. No experience needed and no special equipment — arrive a few minutes early, sit down, and follow the teacher's cues.

04

How it works

From first class to daily practice

  1. Pick your class

Browse the schedule and choose a hatha class, a meditation sit, or a sauna slot. Beginners start with any all-levels hatha class — tell the teacher it's your first time.

  2. Book your spot

Reserve online or by phone at (555) 010-2030. New students can start with the $79 unlimited intro month instead of a drop-in.

  3. Practice

Come to 5540 Casgrain Avenue in Mile End, or join the live stream from home. Every live class includes a week of replay, so you never miss a session.

  4. Go deeper

When you're ready: the 200-hour teacher training, the therapeutic clinic, online courses worth 30 CEUs each — or simply keep showing up to class.

Beyond the mat

Office yoga & private sessions

We bring classical hatha to workplaces across Montreal — a weekly reset your team will actually keep. Private sessions are one-on-one practice built around your body, your schedule, and your goals, in-studio or online. For either, write to [email protected] and tell us what you need.

Just yourself, in comfortable clothes. Mats and props are provided at the studio. If you're booking the infrared sauna, bring a towel and a bottle of water.

What does the $79 intro month include? +

One month of unlimited yoga for $79 — our real intro offer. It covers in-studio hatha classes, the live stream, and one week of replay on every live class, plus guided meditation sessions. New students only.

Do I need experience for the 200-hour teacher training? +

No formal prerequisite — a steady personal practice is enough. The training is taught in-studio, in English and French, by internationally recognized faculty, and the curriculum is registered with Yoga Alliance.

Do the online courses include replays? +

Every online course comes with lifetime access. Each course also counts for 30 CEUs of continuing education, and you can study entirely at your own pace.
