No heat, short cycling, ignition failures, worrying smells. We test ignition, burners, safeties and airflow — and safety issues get explained first, in plain words, before anything else.

Seasonal tune-ups: coils cleaned, refrigerant verified, electrical tightened, drains cleared, safeties tested. Keeps most manufacturer warranties valid and catches small failures before they become emergencies.

New duct runs and sealing for existing ones. Leaky ducts bleed conditioned air into attics and crawlspaces; sealed ducts even out room temperatures and shorten system runtimes.
