About the shop
Done right,
or not at all.
Most plumbing work is invisible once the wall is closed, and that is exactly why it matters. I started this shop because I kept seeing the same story: a rushed install, a valve buried where nobody can reach it, a homeowner paying twice for one job. So we do the opposite. We show up when we say we will, we photograph everything before the drywall goes back, and we install fixtures the way the manufacturer drew them — level, sealed, and serviceable ten years from now. If a repair does not make sense for your budget, I will tell you that too, and I will tell you what I would do in my own house. Dallas homes are a mix of 1950s galvanized pipe, 90s builder-grade everything, and brand-new builds with their own quirks. I have worked on all three, and I like the puzzle of each one. When the job is finished, you should not be able to tell a plumber was there — except that everything works, and works quietly.
