01 — Services

What we do

Seven disciplines, one Montreal crew. Every job starts with the camera — the footage decides the fix, not the other way around. Estimates are free and written.

/ 01

Camera inspection

HD cameras travel the full length of your drain while you watch. Roots, cracks, bellies, blockages — seen on screen, measured in metres, and recorded. Every quote after rests on evidence.

/ 02

Drain unblocking

Débouchage done properly: the blockage cleared at its source, then the camera run back through to prove the line flows free. Slow sinks, gurgling toilets, rising water — handled.

/ 03

Drain & sewer cleaning

Grease, soap, and sediment narrow pipes silently for years. A cleaning every one to two years restores full diameter — the cheapest flood insurance a homeowner can buy.

/ 04

Excavation

When the camera proves a pipe has collapsed or been invaded past saving, we excavate — inside the building or out in the yard — replace the damaged section, and restore the site.

/ 05

Backflow valve

Clapet antiretour: installed, serviced, replaced. Lets wastewater out, slams shut when the municipal sewer surges back. Required in several Montreal boroughs; rebates may apply.

/ 06

High-pressure jetting

A focused jet scours grease, roots, and scale off the pipe wall — no chemicals, no trench. The deep clean after an unblocking, or on its own as preventive maintenance.

/ 07

Sump pumps & water heaters

Groundwater has to go somewhere: a properly sized sump pump with a reliable discharge line keeps the basement dry. We also service and replace water heaters, so hot water stops being a worry.

04 — FAQ

Asked often

Straight answers, first sentence first.

Do you offer emergency service?

Yes — day and night. Backups, overflows, and post-storm flooding don't follow a schedule, so neither do we. The emergency crew arrives with camera equipment on board.

How often should drains be cleaned?

Every one to two years. Grease and sediment narrow pipes gradually; scheduled cleaning restores full flow and catches root intrusion before it becomes excavation.

What is a clapet antiretour?

A backflow valve — and several Montreal boroughs require one. It lets your wastewater out but slams shut when the municipal sewer surges back toward your home. Municipal rebates can help cover installation.

How do I keep my basement dry?

The combination does it: backflow valve, French drain, sump pump, and regular camera checks. No single product covers every failure mode. After a major storm, a check-up is cheap peace of mind.

Do you help with insurance claims?

Yes. Photos, camera footage, a written technical report, and answers for the adjuster — we assemble the file so your claim moves instead of stalling.
