Chapter 02 — What we build

Putting Greens & Artificial Turf
Tournament-grade synthetic greens on compacted aggregate with true-roll surfacing — plus full-lawn turf with proper edging and infill. No mowing, no watering, no brown patches in August.
Outdoor Decking
Wood and composite decks, permitted and flashed right, turning the hottest room of the house into the most-used one.
Firepits
Custom gas or wood-burning firepits with seating walls — sized for your yard, plumbed cleanly, built to Phoenix-area code.
Stonework
Pavers, flagstone, and retaining walls on real base material. The part of the yard everyone walks on, built to last.
Outdoor Fireplaces
Full-height fireplaces in stucco or stone veneer — a year-round gathering point that anchors the whole layout.
Landscape Lighting
Low-voltage LED design — path, up-light, and wash — planned so fixtures can actually be serviced later.
Irrigation Systems
Drip and sprinkler design, smart controllers, repairs. Zoned by plant thirst, so you stop drowning the agave to keep the lawn alive.
Tree Pruning & Removals
Structural pruning, hazard removals, stump grinding — with cleanup that leaves the yard cleaner than we found it.

That means proper base work under every paver and turf roll, drip zones matched to plant thirst, and lighting wired to be serviced — not just sold. We do residential backyards and commercial properties across the Valley, and we answer our own phone.

Turf or real grass in this heat?
For most Phoenix yards, turf wins. Zero watering, zero mowing, green through 115° summers. It runs warm underfoot in direct sun — we plan play areas accordingly.
Will this lower my water bill?
Yes. Drip zoned by plant thirst, xeriscape beds, and smart controllers that skip watering when it rains. Most retrofits cut outdoor water use substantially.
Gas fire pits — do you handle permits?
Yes. We build gas and wood-burning firepits, coordinate the gas line with a licensed plumber, and build to code so inspection day is boring.
How long does a project take?
Days for small installs; 2–6 weeks for full builds. Timeline in writing before we start, one contact throughout.
