Will I need planning permission?
Usually not. Most garden work is permitted development. Garden rooms under 2.5m near the boundary are normally fine; dropped kerbs need council permission, which we flag before quoting.
How long does a job take?
About a week for a patio or driveway; three to six weeks for a full design-and-build. Start and finish dates in writing before we begin.
