FROM OUR OWN WALLS
The space — Candler Park, Atlanta
Infrared heat, amber light, music with a pulse. Home to hot power and hot HIIT pilates — the room that makes a Tuesday feel like an event. Towel up, hydrate, and let the heat do half the warm-up for you.
Daylight, quiet air, room to hear yourself breathe. Flow, hatha, yin, and restorative live here — for heat-skeptics, slow mornings, and anyone who wants the practice without the furnace.
M3 started with two studios in Athens — 5 Points and Boulevard — before Atlanta. Same teachers’ training, same every-body ethos, three neighborhoods. Atlanta members are family at all three.
The details
A vigorous vinyasa sequence in the heated room — strength, balance, and breath at a pace that keeps you honest. Teachers offer modifications every class; child’s pose is always respected, never judged.
Pilates principles through interval training, in the heat. Short core-focused bursts with breath-led recovery. The class people describe as “I didn’t know shaking could feel this good.” Low impact, high burn.
Breath-led vinyasa and slower foundational hatha in the sunlit room. Creative sequencing, genuine alignment cues, space to feel the shapes. The everyday practice — and the right first class for most beginners.
Yin holds deep stretches for minutes; restorative props you up and lets gravity work. Come straight from a hard week or a hard workout. Sixty minutes later your nervous system will have filed a formal thank-you.
Queer-owned and committed — continuously — to a space where all people feel welcome, safe, and included. All bodies, all ages, all levels. If a pose doesn’t work for your body, your teacher finds what does. That’s not a slogan; it’s the job description.
Half our members walked in alone and nervous. They stayed because nobody stayed a stranger for long. Two weeks, thirty dollars — move your cursor around, then move your body.
