01 — The studio

No matter who you are,
you are an M3 warrior.

We built M3 around a simple idea: the best yoga, hot yoga, and pilates classes in one place, taught so that every body in the room belongs there. Life is too short to be stressed out and too short to not feel like your absolute best self. So come move — sweat through a hot power class, shake through hot HIIT pilates, or melt into a restorative hour. You will leave different than you arrived.

A queer-owned studio, on purpose. We commit — continuously, not once — to being a space where all people feel welcome, safe, and included. That shows up in how we teach, how we talk, and who we hire. Differences aren’t tolerated here; they’re celebrated.

Two rooms, one roof. Our Candler Park studio is light-filled with two expansive practice rooms: one heated for hot power and hot pilates, one unheated for flow, hatha, yin, and restorative. Love the heat or hate it — there’s a room for you every single day.

02 — Classes

The lineup.

Seven formats, two temperatures, every level. Your first two weeks are unlimited for $30 — try everything, then decide what your body wants more of.

01

Hot power yoga

Our signature sweat. A vigorous vinyasa sequence in a heated room — strength, balance, and breath, linked at a pace that keeps you honest. Expect to work hard and leave clear-headed. All levels; teachers offer modifications every class, and nobody cares if you take child’s pose.

HeatedVigorousAll levels
02

Hot HIIT pilates

Pilates principles meets interval training, in the heat. Short bursts of core-focused work with breath-led recovery — the class that makes people say “I didn’t know shaking could feel good.” Low impact, high burn, deeply satisfying.

HeatedCoreLow impact
03

Flow

Breath-led vinyasa in the unheated room. Creative sequencing, real attention to alignment, and space to actually feel what you’re doing. The everyday practice — challenging without the furnace.

04

Hatha

Slower, steadier, foundational. Longer holds, clear instruction, time to build the shapes properly. Perfect if you’re new, returning after time off, or just want to understand the poses instead of surviving them.

05

Yin & restorative

The exhale of the schedule. Yin holds deep stretches for minutes; restorative props you up and lets gravity do the work. Come straight from a hard week — or a hard workout — and let your nervous system stand down.

03 — The space

Two rooms.
One community.

Our Atlanta studio sits in the heart of Candler Park — light-filled, easy to get to, and built for both kinds of practice.

The hot room

Where hot power and hot HIIT pilates live. Infrared heat, dim amber light, music you can feel in your ribs. The room does half the work — your muscles warm faster, your breath deepens sooner, and the sweat is honest.

06 — Questions

I’ve never done yoga. Where do I start?

Hatha or a gentle flow — and tell the teacher you’re new. Every class is taught to all levels with modifications, but those two are built for foundations. The $30 special lets you experiment without committing.

How hot is “hot”?

Warm enough to sweat well and move freely, not so hot you can’t breathe. If you’re heat-sensitive, start in the unheated room — same teachers, same community, no furnace.

What do I bring?

A mat if you have one (rentals available), a towel for hot classes, and water. We provide blocks, straps, bolsters, and everything else. Wear what you can move and sweat in.

Is this really for every body?

Yes — and we mean it structurally, not as a slogan. Queer-owned, all bodies, all ages, all levels. Teachers are trained to offer options, not to perform at you. If something doesn’t work for your body, we find what does.

Can I just do pilates and skip yoga?

Absolutely. Plenty of members come only for hot HIIT pilates. Plenty come only for yin. The schedule is a menu, not a program.

Where exactly are you?

Candler Park, Atlanta — a light-filled studio with two practice rooms. We also have sister studios in Athens (5 Points and Boulevard). This page is for Atlanta; come say hi.
