++++
01 — Who we are

Toronto yards, one crew. We design it, we permit it, we build it — from the first sketch to the last paver, so nothing gets lost between a designer's drawing and a subcontractor's shovel.

Most landscaping goes wrong in the handoff. A designer draws something pretty, a different crew builds something cheaper, and the homeowner is stuck in the middle when the grading ponds against the foundation. We run design and build under one roof, so the person who drew the plan is standing on your lawn while it gets built.

We build for this climate, not a catalogue. Freeze-thaw, clay soil, narrow Toronto lots, parking-pad rules, tree-protection bylaws — the GTA has opinions, and we've learned them the hard way so your driveway doesn't heave and your patio doesn't settle. If a detail won't survive a Toronto winter, we won't sell it to you.

Services

/01

Landscape design

We draw the whole yard before we touch it — planting plan, grades, drainage, and the finished look, priced against your budget from the first sketch so the design never outruns what you want to spend.

/02

Interlocking driveways

Paver driveways and parking pads built on proper base and edge restraint, laid to handle Toronto freeze-thaw without heaving apart in three winters. Repairs mean lifting a section, not tearing out the slab.

/03

Softscaping

Garden beds, shrubs, and trees chosen for Ontario winters — native where it makes sense, low-water where it counts, planted at the right depth with soil they can actually live in.

/04

Hardscaping

Patios, walkways, and retaining walls in natural stone or concrete paver, graded to move water away from the house and built on a base that won't settle.

/05

Outdoor kitchens

Built-in grill stations with stone counters and storage, wired and plumbed to code — a backyard that cooks like the kitchen, not a barbecue sitting on grass.

/06

Decks & woodwork

Cedar and pressure-treated decks, pergolas, and fences — framed square, finished clean, and built to be walked on hard for decades.

/07

Permits & drawings

We handle the city paperwork: permit applications, drawings, and the back-and-forth with Toronto building staff, so your project starts on paper before it starts on your lawn.

A full front-lot rebuild: old asphalt out, 600 sq ft of pavers in, with a widened parking pad and a soldier-course border. Graded to the street, drains clear of the garage.

FAQ

05 — Straight answers
Do you handle permits? +

Yes — we handle all of it. Permit drawings, the application, and the back-and-forth with Toronto building staff for projects that need them. You sign; we chase.

Is the consultation really free? +

Yes, free and no-obligation. We come to the property, look at the lot, hear what you want, and give you a straight answer on scope and budget range. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.

Interlocking or poured concrete for my driveway? +

For most Toronto homes: interlocking. Pavers flex with freeze-thaw instead of cracking through, and if one section gets damaged you lift and replace those stones — not the whole slab.

Where do you work? +

Across the GTA. Our core work is in Toronto, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Thornhill, and Maple, with regular projects in North York, Markham, Scarborough, and Mississauga.

How long does a project take? +

A driveway or patio is usually a few days to two weeks on site. Design and permits add a few weeks up front. You'll get a written schedule before we start, and a site lead who tells you if it moves.
