What we do

Six services.
One standard.

Photograph everything, explain it straight, price it in writing. That is the standard behind all six of these — and the reason the Valley has kept calling since 1993.

“Three decades in Phoenix teaches you what a roof really has to survive: 120-degree summers, monsoon wind, and dust that works into places you cannot see from the ground.”

01

Tile roofing

Clay and concrete tile are the Valley's signature roof — and the one most crews get wrong. We repair slipped and broken tile and, more importantly, replace failed underlayment beneath it. That membrane is what actually waterproofs your home, and on 20-year-old Phoenix roofs it is usually the thing that failed.

  • Repair — slipped/broken tile, ridge rebuilds
  • Lift & relay — new underlayment under existing tile
  • Install — clay & concrete systems for desert heat

02

Shingle roofs

Architectural asphalt shingles, installed the way the manufacturer intended: proper starter courses, valleys built for sudden desert downpours, and ridge ventilation that lets attic heat escape instead of baking shingles from underneath. Full replacements and targeted repairs.

  • Replacement — tear-off, deck check, new shingles
  • Repair — wind-lifted tabs, valley and flashing leaks

Foam & flat roofs

Spray polyurethane foam is the workhorse of Phoenix flat roofing — insulation and waterproofing in one application, and it drops roof surface temperatures dramatically. We install new foam, recoat aging foam before it fails, and service modified bitumen and TPO membranes on commercial buildings.

  • New foam — SPF with elastomeric topcoat
  • Recoat — adds 10+ years at a fraction of replacement cost
  • Commercial — modified bitumen, TPO, flat membrane

How a job runs

Four steps.
No surprises.

The same order on every job, from a $350 tile repair to a full commercial reroof.

Step 1 — 2

Inspect, then price in writing

Free inspection: we walk the roof, photograph every problem area, check the attic when access allows, and fly the drone over sections we should not walk. You get the photos and a plain-language report — including what does not need fixing.

Written estimate: one document with scope, materials by brand and type, a start date and day-by-day schedule, and a fixed price. Repair vs. replace priced side by side, with our honest recommendation.

Step 3 — 4

One manager, one walkthrough

Dedicated project manager: one name and one phone number from tear-off to final walkthrough. Runs the crew schedule, coordinates delivery, picks up when you call. A full-time safety director oversees every job site.

Final walkthrough: we walk the finished roof with you, show the work up close, and hand over warranty paperwork and care instructions. Payment follows completed stages — never promises.

FAQ

Repair or replace — how do I know?

On tile roofs, the tile is rarely the problem — the underlayment is. Multiple leaks on a 20+ year old tile roof usually mean the underlayment is done and a lift-and-relay is right. One leak with young underlayment is a repair. Our free inspection tells you which, with photos.

Do you answer emergency calls at night?

Yes — 24-hour emergency roof response, monsoon season included. Call (602) 276-5515 any time. We stabilize first so no more water gets in, then schedule the permanent fix.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes: AZ ROC# 348074, licensed, bonded & insured. GAF certified and BBB A+ accredited in Phoenix and Tucson. We show the paperwork before you sign.

How long does a reroof take?

Most Phoenix homes: 3–7 working days, depending on size, material, and tear-off layers. Your estimate includes a start date and schedule; your project manager updates you if weather moves it.
