01 — What we do

Every roof the desert throws at us

Thirty-plus years in Phoenix means we have seen every failure mode the Arizona sun can invent. Six services, one standard: photograph everything, explain it straight, price it in writing.

Tile roofing

Clay and concrete tile define the Valley skyline. We repair slipped and broken tile and — more importantly — replace the failed underlayment beneath it, which is what actually keeps water out of your home. Most "tile roof leaks" in Phoenix are underlayment failures on 20-year-old roofs.

  • Repair: slipped/broken tile, ridge and hip rebuilds
  • Lift & relay: new underlayment under your existing tile
  • Full install: clay & concrete tile systems rated for desert heat
02

Shingle roofs

Architectural asphalt shingles installed the way the manufacturer intended: proper starter courses, valleys built for sudden desert downpours, and ridge ventilation that lets 150-degree attic air escape instead of baking the shingles from underneath. Repairs and full tear-offs.

  • Replacement: tear-off, deck check, architectural shingles
  • Repair: wind-lifted tabs, valley leaks, flashing failures
03

Foam & flat roofs

Spray polyurethane foam is the workhorse of Phoenix flat roofing — insulation and waterproofing in one application, and it drops roof surface temperatures dramatically. We install new foam, recoat aging foam before it fails, and service modified bitumen and TPO on commercial buildings.

  • New foam: SPF with elastomeric topcoat
  • Recoat: extends foam roof life 10+ years at a fraction of replacement cost
  • Commercial: modified bitumen, TPO, flat membrane service
04

Metal roofing

Standing seam metal is the longest-lived roof you can put on a Phoenix structure — reflective, quiet, and indifferent to sun and wind. We install standing seam for homes and commercial buildings, including retrofits over existing structures.

  • Standing seam: concealed fasteners, 24/26-gauge panels
  • Retrofit: metal over existing roofs where structure allows
05

Emergency repair

Monsoon season does not keep office hours. Our 24-hour emergency response covers storm damage, active leaks, and wind-torn sections across the Phoenix metro. We stabilize first — tarp and temporary seal so no more water gets in — then schedule the permanent fix.

  • 24-hour response: nights, weekends, monsoon season
  • Storm damage: wind, hail, fallen debris
06

Inspections & drone assessment

Free inspections with photo documentation of everything we find. Drone assessment for steep or fragile roofs we should not walk. Pre-purchase inspections for buyers who want the truth about a roof before closing. Maintenance plans that catch small problems while they are still cheap.

  • Free inspection: photos + plain-language report
  • Drone survey: steep, tile, and hard-access roofs
  • Pre-purchase: roof condition reports for home buyers

02 — How a job runs

Four steps. Same order. Every time.

No surprises is the whole point. Here is exactly what happens between your first call and the final walkthrough.

A

Free inspection

We walk the roof and photograph every problem area, check the attic when access allows, and fly the drone over sections we cannot safely walk. You receive the photos and a plain-language explanation — including what does not need fixing. Inspections and estimates are always free.

B

Written estimate

One document: scope of work, materials by brand and type, a start date with a day-by-day schedule, and a fixed price. Where options exist — repair vs. replace, recoat vs. tear-off — we price both and tell you which we would pick for our own house.

C

Dedicated project manager

One name and one phone number from tear-off to final walkthrough. Your project manager runs the crew schedule, coordinates material delivery, and picks up when you call. A full-time safety director oversees every job site.

D

Final walkthrough

We walk the finished roof with you, show you the work up close, and hand over warranty paperwork with care instructions. Payment milestones follow completed stages — never promises.

03 — Questions, answered

Straight answers

The questions every Phoenix homeowner asks us, answered the way we answer them on the roof.

Repair or replace — how do I know which one my roof needs?

On tile roofs, the tile is rarely the problem — the underlayment is. Multiple leaks on a 20+ year old tile roof usually mean the underlayment is done and a lift-and-relay is the right call. A single leak with young underlayment is a repair. Our free inspection tells you which you have, with photos.

Do you really take emergency calls at night?

Yes — 24-hour emergency roof response, monsoon season included. Call (602) 276-5515 any time. We stabilize first so no more water gets in, then schedule the permanent repair.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes: AZ ROC# 348074 — licensed, bonded & insured. GAF certified and BBB A+ accredited in Phoenix and Tucson. We show the paperwork before you sign anything.

How long does a reroof take?

Most Phoenix homes: 3–7 working days, depending on size, material, and tear-off layers. Your estimate includes a start date and day-by-day schedule, and your project manager updates you if weather moves anything.

Do you finance?

Yes — GreenSky financing for qualified projects. Fix the roof now, spread the cost. Ask at your free inspection and we will walk through the options.
