Since 1993

Three decades in Phoenix teaches you what a roof really has to survive: 120-degree summers, monsoon wind that finds every weak seam, and dust that works into places you cannot see from the ground. We started in 1993 with one crew and a simple rule — show up, tell the truth, do the work right — and the Valley kept calling back.

What we do

Six ways we keep water out and heat off. Every service starts with a free inspection — we photograph everything, explain what we found in plain language, and give you a written estimate before any work begins.

  • Tile roofing

Clay and concrete tile are the Valley's signature roof — and the one most crews get wrong. We repair slipped and broken tile, replace failed underlayment (the part that actually waterproofs your home), and install full tile systems rated for Arizona heat. Underlayment replacement is the most common tile job we do in Phoenix.

  • Shingle roofs

Architectural asphalt shingles done by the book: proper starter courses, ice-and-water style valleys adapted for desert downpours, and ridge ventilation that lets attic heat escape instead of cooking your shingles from below. Full replacements and targeted repairs.

  • Foam & flat roofs

Spray polyurethane foam is the workhorse of Phoenix flat roofs — it insulates and waterproofs in one application. We install new foam systems, recoat aging foam before it fails, and service modified bitumen and TPO membranes on commercial buildings.

  • Metal roofing

Standing seam metal shrugs off sun and wind for decades. We install standing seam systems for homes and commercial buildings — quiet, reflective, and one of the longest-lived roofs you can put over a Phoenix structure.

  • Emergency repair

Monsoon season does not wait for business hours, so neither do we. Our 24-hour emergency response covers storm damage, active leaks, and wind-torn sections across the Phoenix metro — we stabilize first, then schedule the permanent fix.

  • Inspections & drone assessment

Free roof inspections with photo documentation, drone assessment for steep or hard-to-reach roofs, pre-purchase inspections for buyers who want the truth about a roof before closing, and maintenance plans that catch small problems while they are cheap.

How a job runs

Four steps, same order, every time. No surprises is the whole point.

Free inspection

We walk the roof, photograph every problem area, and check the attic when access allows. Drone assessment for roofs we cannot safely walk. You get the photos and a plain-language explanation of what we found — including what does not need fixing.

Written estimate

One document: scope of work, materials by brand and type, timeline, and a fixed price. If options exist — repair vs. replace, recoat vs. tear-off — we price both and tell you which one we would choose for our own house.

Dedicated project manager

One name, one phone number, from tear-off to final walkthrough. Your project manager runs the crew schedule, handles the material delivery, and answers when you call. A full-time safety director oversees every job site.

Questions, answered

How do I know if my tile roof needs repair or full replacement?

The tile is rarely the problem — the underlayment underneath it is. If your tile roof is 20+ years old and leaking in multiple spots, the underlayment has likely reached the end of its life and a lift-and-relay (new underlayment under your existing tile) is usually the right fix. Isolated leaks with young underlayment usually mean a targeted repair. Our free inspection tells you which one you have.

Do you really answer for emergencies at night?

Yes — 24-hour emergency roof response, including monsoon season. Call (602) 276-5515 any time. We stabilize the leak first (tarping, temporary seal) so no more water gets in, then schedule the permanent repair in daylight.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes: AZ ROC# 348074, licensed, bonded & insured. We are also GAF certified and BBB A+ accredited in both Phoenix and Tucson. We will show you the paperwork before you sign anything.

How long does a typical reroof take?

Most Phoenix homes take 3–7 working days depending on roof size, material, and how many layers come off. Your written estimate includes a start date and a day-by-day schedule, and your project manager updates you if weather moves anything.

Do you offer financing?

Yes — GreenSky financing is available for qualified projects. A full reroof is a major expense; financing lets you fix the roof now and spread the cost. Ask during your free inspection and we will walk you through the options.
