LOVELAND YOGA STUDIO

The details

Yoga with the most heart — a locally owned studio at 1717 W 34th St #1100, Houston, TX 77018. Call (555) 010-2030 for class times.

THE STUDIO

Loveland is a locally owned studio run as a family business with heart. The rooms run hot, warm, and room-temperature, so whether you want to work hard or wind down, there is a class that fits the day you are actually having. Regulars describe the same things: teachers who learn your name, an immaculate space, and a community that feels like home within the first week.

Beyond the daily schedule you will find breathwork sessions, sound baths, self-mastery workshops, and seasonal retreats — programming that turns a studio into a practice home rather than a gym membership.

CLASSES

Hot Hatha — slower pacing in a heated room, built from fundamental postures upward. The warmth helps flexibility and the pace lets you learn proper technique. The best first class.

Vinyasa — postures linked to breath in continuous sequence: heat, strength, and focus. Teachers offer options at every step, so beginners and veterans share the room and both get the class they need.

Yin Stretch — long, supported holds in a cooler room for hips, hamstrings, and desk-shortened everything. Made for people who have been told they are "not flexible enough for yoga."

Warm Flow — the middle path many members build their week around: enough movement to feel tomorrow, enough ease to come back.

Love the Chill — low-light, prop-supported practice with guided breathwork for nervous-system recovery. The reset button of the schedule.

Mommy & Me — yoga for moms with little ones, where a fussy baby is never a problem. Feeding, soothing, and moving — sometimes in the same pose. Nobody keeps score.

FAQ

What class should I take if I am brand new?

Start with Hot Hatha or Yin Stretch. Every class is beginner-suitable — teachers offer several versions of each pose at once, and resting or modifying is always welcome.

Do I need my own mat?

No. Mat + towel rental is $8, Manduka mat rental $5, water bottles $4. Complimentary towels are standard.

Where do I park?

Free on-site parking, plus overflow by the warehouses behind Les Baget. The studio chose the location so parking would be the least stressful part of your day.

What should I wear?

Whatever feels comfortable to move in. It does not have to be traditional yoga wear.

How do I book a class?

Browse the schedule and book your spot ahead of time, completing intake forms and payment before you arrive. Then just show up — arrive 10–15 minutes early for your first visit.
