01 — The classes

Six formats, one room each.

Every format below runs on the same promise: teachers who offer several versions of each posture at once, so a first-timer and a ten-year practitioner can share a mat row and both get the class they need.

01 / HIGH HEAT

Hot Hatha

The best place to begin. Slower pacing in a heated room, building from fundamental postures — the warmth helps flexibility while the pace lets you learn proper technique instead of guessing.

02 / WARM–HOT

Vinyasa

Breath-linked flow in continuous sequence. Heat, strength, and focus — with options offered at every step so the whole room moves together at its own level.

03 / NO HEAT

Yin Stretch

Long, supported holds in a cooler room for hips, hamstrings, and everything your workday shortens. Made for people told they are "not flexible enough for yoga."

04 / GENTLE HEAT

Warm Flow

The middle path many members build their week around: enough movement to feel tomorrow, enough ease to come back. Kind to first-timers and regulars alike.

05 / RESTORATIVE

Love the Chill

Low-light, prop-supported practice with guided breathwork for nervous-system recovery. The reset button of the schedule.

06 / ROOM TEMP

Mommy & Me

Yoga for moms with little ones, where a fussy baby is never a problem. Feeding, soothing, and moving — sometimes in the same pose.

03 — Your first visit

What to expect.

STEP 01

Arrive 10–15 minutes early

Your first visit starts at the door: a greeting, a tour of where things go, and an introduction to your teacher so they know it is your first time. Class doors lock at start time — late entry is not possible, so leave room for Houston traffic.

STEP 02

Bring the basics

Workout clothes you can move in, a hand towel, and a water bottle. No traditional yoga wear required. Forgot the rest? Mat + towel rental $8, Manduka mat rental $5, water bottles $4 — the studio has you covered.

STEP 03

Park without stress

The studio offers free on-site parking, with overflow by the warehouses behind Les Baget. The studio chose this location partly so parking would be the easiest part of your practice.

STEP 04

Practice at your level

Rest in child's pose whenever you need. Take the modified version. Breathe. Teachers are trained to teach multiple versions of each posture at once — the room works for day-one beginners and advanced students side by side.

04 — Questions

Asked often.

What class should I take if I am brand new?

Start with Hot Hatha or Yin Stretch. Hot Hatha moves slowly in a heated room from fundamental poses — easy to learn proper technique and feel progress quickly. Every class is beginner-suitable anyway: teachers offer several versions of each pose at once, and resting or modifying is always welcome.

Do I need to bring my own mat?

No. Bring workout clothes, a hand towel, and a water bottle; rent the rest — mat + towel $8, Manduka mat rental $5, water bottles $4. Complimentary towels are standard here.

How early should I arrive?

Ten to fifteen minutes early for your first class. Time to check in and meet your teacher. Doors lock at start time — late entry is not possible.

Where do I park?

Free on-site parking, plus overflow by the warehouses behind Les Baget.

What should I wear?

Whatever feels comfortable to move in. It does not have to be traditional yoga wear.
