Yoga with the most heart
Loveland Yoga Studio at 1717 W 34th St #1100 — a locally owned studio offering Hot Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Stretch, Warm Flow and restorative formats, all open to beginners. Pick a card. Start anywhere.
Hot Hatha
The best first class. Slower pacing in a heated room, built from fundamental postures upward — learn proper technique while the warmth helps flexibility. New students start here.
Vinyasa
Breath-linked sequences in continuous flow: heat, strength, and focus in one hour. Teachers offer options at every step, so the whole room moves together at its own level.
Yin Stretch
Long, supported holds in a cooler room for hips, hamstrings, and desk-shortened everything. Built for people told they are "not flexible enough for yoga."
Warm Flow
The middle path members build their week around — enough movement to feel tomorrow, enough ease to come back. Friendly to first-timers and regulars alike.
Love the Chill
Low-light, prop-supported practice with guided breathwork. The reset button of the schedule — a favorite second class of the week for winding down.
Mommy & Me
Yoga for moms with little ones, where a fussy baby is never a problem. Feeding, soothing, and moving — sometimes in the same pose. Nobody keeps score.
Show up early.
We handle the rest.
A.Arrive 10–15 min early
On your first visit, arrive 10–15 minutes before class. You will be greeted, shown where to put your things, and introduced to your teacher so they know it is your first time.
Class doors lock promptly at start time — late entry is not possible. Plan around Houston traffic; the 72-space lot (overflow by the warehouses behind Les Baget) makes arrival the easy part.
B.Bring the basics
Bring a yoga mat, yoga towel, water bottle, hand towel, and workout clothes — whatever feels comfortable to move in; it does not have to be traditional yoga wear.
Forgot something? Mat + towel rental $8 · Manduka mat rental $5 · water bottles $4. Complimentary towels are part of the Loveland experience, and Manduka ProLite mats are available for purchase ($115).
C.Book ahead online
Browse the schedule, pick your format — Hot Hatha or Yin Stretch if you are new — reserve your spot, and complete intake forms and payment before you arrive. Then just show up and breathe.
In class you have standing permission to listen to your body: rest, modify, or breathe whenever you need. Teachers teach multiple versions of each posture at once, so beginners and advanced students practice side by side.

Asked often.
What class should I take if I am brand new?
Start with Hot Hatha or Yin Stretch. Hot Hatha moves at a slower pace in a heated room from fundamental poses, so you learn proper technique and feel progress fast. Every Loveland class is beginner-suitable anyway — instructors offer several versions of each pose at once, and resting or modifying is always fine.
Do I need to bring my own mat?
No. Bring workout clothes, a hand towel, and a water bottle; rent the rest — mat + towel $8, Manduka mat rental $5, water bottles $4. Complimentary towels are standard.
How early should I arrive?
Ten to fifteen minutes early for your first class — time to check in and meet your teacher. Doors lock at start time, so late entry is not possible.
Where do I park?
Free on-site parking, plus overflow by the warehouses behind Les Baget. The studio chose the location so parking would be the least stressful part of your day.
What should I wear?
Whatever feels comfortable to move in. It does not have to be traditional yoga wear.
