01 / WHAT WE DO — DENVER, CO

Four cards.
One crew.

Local Motion Services keeps commercial ground in the Denver metro looking intentional — mowed, edged, plowed, and patched — on a fixed route, with the same crew, twelve months a year. No residential work, no one-off jobs, no disappearing in November.

S.01 — APR TO OCT

Grounds & Lawn Care

The weekly rhythm: striped mowing, edging along every walk and curb, hedge and shrub pruning on rotation, mulch and seasonal color beds, irrigation checks. Built around your traffic — early mornings for retail, off-hours for offices.

  • Striped mowing
  • Edging
  • Pruning cycles
  • Irrigation
S.02 — OCT TO APR

Snow & Ice Management

Trigger-depth plowing for lots and drives, shoveling for walks and entries, de-icing calibrated to temperature. Routes pre-mapped in October; every event time-stamped and logged for your records.

  • Plowing
  • Shoveling
  • De-icing
  • Event logs
S.03 — YEAR ROUND

Asphalt Repair & Sealcoat

Crack sealing before water gets under the surface, patching where base failure starts, sealcoating on a multi-year cycle, overlays when replacement would be overkill. Night and weekend scheduling keeps the lot usable.

  • Crack sealing
  • Patching
  • Sealcoating
  • Overlays
S.04 — PROJECT BASIS

Landscape Renovation

For properties whose bones are tired: bed and entry redesign, low-water Front Range plantings, drip retrofits, drainage and grading fixes. Priced as a project, then maintained as a program.

  • Redesign
  • Low-water plants
  • Drainage
  • Phasing

02 / THE YEAR, PLANNED

365 days.
Four moves.

Denver gives you hail in June and blizzards in April. The calendar below is how we stay ahead of both — the same four moves every year, so nothing about your grounds is ever improvised.

Q1 — SPRING

Wake-Up

One heavy pass, then rhythm. Full debris and branch cleanup, irrigation startup with zone-by-zone pressure tests, bed re-edge and mulch refresh, pre-emergent, first mow at a sane height. Winter damage pruned, not patched over.

  • Debris out
  • Irrigation on
  • Mulch
  • First mow
Q2 — SUMMER

Rhythm

The season your property is judged most. Weekly mow and edge with the striped finish, mowing heights raised against heat stress, irrigation tuned weekly, hedges sheared on rotation. Hail and storm damage answered, not scheduled.

  • Weekly mow
  • Heat tuning
  • Shearing
  • Storm call
Q3 — FALL

Shutdown

Leaf routes until the trees give up, turf cut down for winter, irrigation blown out before the first hard freeze. And while the pavement is still visible: every snow route pre-mapped, staked, and sequenced for early tenants.

  • Leaf routes
  • Blowout
  • Route maps
  • Staking
Q4 — WINTER

Watch

Crews run overnight on your trigger depth. Lots plowed before morning traffic, walks and entries cleared and treated, de-icing ahead of the commute. After every event: a time-stamped log lands in your inbox.

  • Overnight plow
  • Entries
  • De-ice
  • Logs

03 / HONEST NUMBERS

STRAIGHT ANSWERS
Residential properties?+

No — commercial only. Offices, retail, HOAs, industrial, hospitality. It's how routes stay tight and winter response stays honest.

How is snow priced?+

Per event at a trigger depth you choose, commonly 2". Plowing, shoveling, and de-icing itemized separately, every event logged. Seasonal flat-rate winter contracts available.

Same crew each visit?+

That's the model. Named crews on fixed routes learn the property — the ponding corner, the scalped bed, the tenant on the valve boxes.

How fast can we start?+

Walkthroughs usually within a week of your call. Written scope within days. If routes are full, we'll say so straight — and tell you when the next slot opens.

HOW IT STARTS

Four steps to handled

01 — Walk the property. With you or solo with photos. Nothing scoped from satellite alone.

02 — Scope in writing. Plain English: what's included, frequencies, trigger depths, what costs extra.

03 — Crews on schedule. Same crew, same day, seasonal changeovers on the calendar.

04 — One person to call. A named contact who answers. Photo, fix date, follow-up.
