RESIDENTIAL FURNACE · CENTRAL AIR · TORONTO
YOU’LL BE 72° COMFORTABLE.THE NUMBER WE PROTECT · YOUR AIR, OUR PRIORITY
Eight things, done properly. We’re a residential heating and air conditioning contractor in Toronto — furnaces, central air, and the maintenance that keeps both alive. If it’s not on this list, call anyway: if we can’t help, we’ll tell you who can.
The full menu
Gas furnace repair and tune-ups for all major brands. We find the fault, quote it in writing, and most repairs are finished the same visit — the truck stays stocked.
AC repair and seasonal tune-ups that keep the cool air coming through Toronto’s humid stretch. Refrigerant levels, coils, condensate drainage, and airflow — the whole circuit, checked.
Scheduled visits through the year so small problems get caught before they become breakdowns. Plan members get priority booking and a written report after every visit. This is the work Brian is proudest of — prevention beats repair, every time.
Heat exchanger, burners, electrical connections, safety controls, duct connections — top to bottom, in plain language, in writing. The report is yours to keep even if you never book the work.
Burners, blower wheels, evaporator coils, and condensate lines cleaned properly — pulled out and washed, not waved at. The unglamorous work that keeps efficiency up and breakdowns down.
Motors, bearings, and fan assemblies lubricated to manufacturer spec. A small job, done right, that adds years to the equipment. Most “mystery noises” are just dry bearings.
We test and calibrate your thermostat so the temperature you set is the temperature you get — and walk you through the settings you’re already paying for but probably not using. Half our “broken furnace” calls turn out to be a thermostat confused by a power outage.
After every visit: a detailed report and a straight recommendation — repair it, keep an eye on it, or replace it — with the real numbers attached. Transparent pricing, no hidden fees. If the honest answer is “it’s fine, see you next year,” that’s what the report says.

Serving Toronto and surrounding areas:
How we work
No cool air, a furnace that won’t start, or “nobody’s looked at it in years.” We book a time that fits your day.
The technician goes through the whole system and writes up the findings. You see the report before any work starts.
One fixed quote, in writing, before a single bolt turns. Say no and you still keep the report.
Work finished, system tested under load, area left clean. Don’t be surprised if Brian swings by days later to check it’s still running right.

Why trust us
Certified, experienced technicians — local Toronto expertise, not a dispatch centre three provinces away. Transparent pricing and no hidden fees on every invoice, since day one.
No heat in January is an emergency — we treat it like one. When your furnace dies in a cold snap or your AC quits in a heat wave, your call jumps to the front of the line, ahead of every routine tune-up on the schedule.
The honest part
We’re not a 24/7 call centre, and we won’t pretend to be. We’re a local shop with real hours — and during those hours, breakdowns get priority. If it’s Sunday night and the furnace quits, call first thing Monday at 7am and you’re first on the board. Here’s when we’re on:
MON–THU 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
FRI 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
SAT 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
SUN CLOSED
While you wait: check the thermostat (power outages love to reset them), check the breaker, and make sure the furnace switch — the one that looks like a light switch near the unit — is on. Half the “dead furnace” calls we get end right there.

The four questions everybody asks before they book.
A single maintenance visit usually lands between $129 and $189 (Sample), depending on the system. Repairs are quoted in writing before work begins — the number we give you is the number you pay.
Call 416-762-1291 during business hours and you’ll talk to a person, not a phone tree. Or send the quote form and we’ll call you back the same business day.
Monday to Thursday 7am–8pm, Friday 8am–5pm, Saturday 9am–3pm. Sundays we’re closed — the tools stay in the truck and the phone stays on the hook.
Toronto and the surrounding areas: Mississauga, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, and Brampton. Just outside that ring? Call anyway — we’ll tell you honestly whether we can get to you.
Customer words
“Brian came back himself a few days after the repair, just to check the furnace was still running right. You don’t see that kind of follow-through anymore.”— A customer in Etobicoke · paraphrased from a letter sent to our office
