L.B. Heating & Air Conditioning Co. is a residential heating and cooling contractor based in Toronto. We're a small local shop — the kind where the person who answers the phone knows your furnace. Our work is straightforward: furnaces, central air conditioners, and the maintenance that keeps both running. Every visit brings a thorough inspection, cleaning of the key components, lubrication where it belongs, and a thermostat check — then a detailed report in plain language, and honest recommendations about what actually needs doing. We service all major brands. Pricing is transparent and agreed before the work starts, with no hidden fees. Most of our customers call once and stay for years, because the equipment gets looked after and nobody gets sold anything they don't need.

We take priority breakdown visits during business hours — Mon–Thu 7am–8pm, Fri 8am–5pm, Sat 9am–3pm. Call and we'll get you the earliest slot we have.

We're closed Sundays and overnight. We don't offer 24/7 service, and we'd rather say so than promise it.
