Kitchen sinks, bathroom sinks, tubs and showers. We clear the clog at the source — auger or hydro-jet where it fits — and check the line runs clean before we leave. Recurring clogs get a camera look so we stop guessing.

Wet spots, a water bill that jumped for no reason, the sound of running water at 2am. We trace it with acoustic and thermal gear instead of opening walls at random, then repair the section and patch cleanly.

NOTE 01 — HOW WE PRICE

The number you hear is the number you pay.

Diagnosis comes first and it is a flat fee, credited toward the repair if you go ahead. Once we know the job, you get one written price — parts, labor, haul-away included. No hourly meter running while you watch, no surprise line items at the end. If the scope changes mid-job, we stop and re-quote before touching anything else.

NOTE 02 — AUSTIN REALITIES

Hard water, old pipes, fast growth.

Austin water is hard on heaters and fixtures — sediment builds up, elements burn out early, cartridges clog. Older neighborhoods still run galvanized or polybutylene lines that are living on borrowed time. New builds go up fast and the punch-list plumbing shows up in year two. We see all three every week, and we stock the truck for all three.

NOTE 03 — WHAT A VISIT LOOKS LIKE

Ninety minutes, start to finish.

A standard call runs about ninety minutes: walk-through and diagnosis, the written quote, the repair itself, then a test of everything we touched. We wear shoe covers, lay drop cloths, and the work area is cleaner when we leave than when we arrived. You get photos of anything we found inside a wall or under a floor, so you are never taking our word for it.

NOTE 04 — BOOK A VISIT

Tell us what the house is doing.

Call or text and describe the symptom in plain words — "the kitchen sink gurgles," "the water never gets hot," "there's a stain growing on the ceiling." That is enough for us to bring the right parts and give you a real arrival window. Same-week slots most weeks; urgent leaks jump the line.
