My furnace is making a strange noise — should I worry?
Yes — book a diagnostic. Banging, screeching or rattling usually means something is loose, worn or overheating. Gas smell? Leave and call the gas utility first. Otherwise we find the fault and quote it up front.
Heat pump or furnace — which suits my home?
Depends on the house. A cold-climate heat pump carries most of a coastal winter; a furnace covers the coldest snaps. We check insulation, ductwork and bills before recommending — and say so when your current setup is fine.
How often should a gas fireplace be serviced?
Once a year. Annual servicing keeps the glass clear, the pilot steady and the venting safe. Late summer beats the autumn rush.
Do your repairs come with a warranty?
A full year. All heating repairs include a 1-year extended warranty — same fault back within the year, we make it right.
