My furnace is making a strange noise — should I worry?
Yes — book a diagnostic. Banging, screeching or rattling usually signals something loose, worn or overheating. Smell gas? Leave and call the gas utility first. Otherwise we'll find the fault and quote it up front.
Heat pump or furnace — which suits my home?
Whichever your house actually needs. A cold-climate heat pump covers most of a coastal winter efficiently; a furnace carries the coldest snaps. We check insulation, ductwork and bills before recommending — and we'll say so when your current setup is fine.
How often should a gas fireplace be serviced?
Every year. Soot, weak pilots and venting issues creep up silently; annual servicing keeps combustion safe and the glass clear. Book in late summer, ahead of the rush.
Do your repairs come with a warranty?
A full year. All heating repairs include a 1-year extended warranty. Same fault returns within the year — we make it right.
How do quotes work?
Price first, work second. After diagnosis you approve one up-front number with no hidden costs. Payment only when you're fully satisfied.
