One — inspection. We walk the roof and the attic, photograph everything, and tell you what's urgent, what can wait, and what's fine. Two — written estimate. Materials, labor, tear-off and disposal, deck-repair allowance — itemized, one number. Three — install day. Landscaping tarped, crew on time, double magnet sweep after. Four — walkthrough. Before-and-after photos, paperwork in hand, and an honest answer about what to watch next.

Fair questions, straight answers.
Repair or replace? — Age and pattern decide. A 22-year-old roof curling on every slope is done; a 9-year-old roof with one lifted valley after a storm usually just needs repair. We'll tell you which, with photos.
Insurance after hail? — We document damage the way adjusters need it and will meet yours on the roof. We won't promise coverage or invent damage — the claim is between you and your carrier.
How messy is it? — Tear-off is loud and messy by nature; cleanup is where crews differ. Double magnet sweep, gutter clean-out, landscaping tarped. Find a nail later and we'll come sweep again.
