QuestionsTap to open

Common questions

What should I bring to class?

Comfortable clothes you can move in and water. Mats are usually available to borrow or hire for your first visits.

Do I need to be flexible already?

No. Flexibility is a result of practice, not a prerequisite. Props exist precisely so every body can participate.

I have never done yoga. Where do I start?

A beginner basics class. Tell the teacher it is your first time and they will offer modifications throughout.

How often should I practice?

Two to three times a week is a solid start. Consistency matters more than intensity in the first months.
