How much will a new boiler cost me?
Every home is different, so we quote after a visit — fixed, upfront, in writing. The sample prices on this page are illustrative only.
Are your engineers Gas Safe registered?
Yes — all of them, plus Worcester Bosch accreditation and OFTEC, WRAS and F-Gas qualifications across the team.
Do you cover my area?
If you're in Greater Manchester or nearby Lancashire — Bury, Rochdale, Rossendale, Prestwich, Blackburn and beyond — almost certainly. Just ask.
Can you handle landlord certificates?
Yes. CP12 gas safety records for single lets and full portfolios, with annual reminders.
What if my boiler breaks down in winter?
Call us. We prioritise breakdowns and leaks, aim to fix on the first visit, and carry common parts in the van.
