The studio

A down-to-earth refuge in the desert.

Ironwood aspires to be your yoga refuge — a place to celebrate life, creativity, and your sweet and wild soul.

We're a women-owned studio in Phoenix, Arizona, built for real people with real schedules. Take a 10-minute class on a packed Tuesday or settle into a full 90-minute practice on a slow Sunday. Our teachers have guided thousands of first-timers, and they remember what day one feels like.

The room itself is warm and unpretentious: natural light, honest props, hot tea after class. Beyond the studio, our boutique carries goods to support your practice and healthy lifestyle — in person and online.

As seen in local press including 12News, AZCentral, Java Magazine, and Entrepreneur — but what we're proudest of is the community that shows up on the mat every day.

01

Claim the $10 intro week

02

Book your first class

Beginners love Yin and Restorative; the curious try Vinyasa. Reserve online, arrive 15 minutes early.

03

Show up as you are

Props provided. Tell your teacher about injuries — modifications are part of the practice, not a footnote.

Find your rhythm

Two classes a week is a beautiful start. Mix a strong flow with a slow, quiet one and let your body lead.
