Chapter 01 — The studio

A down-to-earth refuge for your wildest, sweetest self.

Ironwood Yoga Studios is a women-owned studio in Phoenix, Arizona, founded by Leah Bosworth. Our promise is simple: you don't have to be flexible — you just have to start. Beginners are inspired here, and advanced yogis are graciously humbled.

The room is warm and unpretentious. The teachers know your name. The tea is hot. Whether it's your first class or your five-hundredth, there's a mat waiting for you.
