Drop into any all-levels session. Tell the teacher it's your first visit — you'll be looked after.

Most students settle into 2–3 classes a week, mixing strong flows with gentle sessions and breathwork.

The 200-hour training opens the full curriculum for dedicated students and future teachers; graduates continue into the 100-hour Integration Program.

FAQ

Do I need to speak French?

No — everything is bilingual. Teachers cue in English and French, and questions are welcome in either language.

I'm a complete beginner. Is that OK?

Yes. Start with any all-levels class, arrive ten minutes early, and tell the teacher it's your first time.

What does the 200-hour training cover?
