Do I need to speak French to take classes?

No. Everything is bilingual — teachers cue in English and French, and you can ask questions in whichever language suits you.

I've never done yoga. Where do I start?

Any all-levels class. Arrive ten minutes early, tell the teacher it's your first time, and you'll get extra guidance on the basics.

What does the 200-hour teacher training involve?

A full Foundation program — philosophy, anatomy, sequencing, pranayama and teaching methodology with practice teaching — open to dedicated students and future certified teachers alike.
