Complete strip-and-replace in concrete tile, clay tile or natural slate. New breathable membrane, treated battens, dry ridge and verge systems — engineered, not improvised.
02 — Repairs
Leaks, traced properly
Slipped tiles, cracked slates, failed flashing and storm damage. We diagnose from the roof itself and fix the cause, with photographs so you can see what was wrong.
03 — Tiling & slating
The visible craft
Plain and interlocking tiles, natural and fibre-cement slate, laid to specification. Straight courses, correct laps, fixings you will never have to think about.
04 — Flat roofing
Extensions & garages
EPDM rubber, torch-on felt and liquid-applied systems with sealed edges, proper falls and new trims. An end to the bucket in the utility room.

Hand-dressed lead
Code 4 and 5 lead flashing, valleys, soakers and box gutters, bossed by hand. The detailing that decides whether a roof lasts fifteen years or fifty.

The roofline, finished
uPVC guttering, fascia and soffit replacement that stops overflow and protects rafter feet from rot — often the cheapest fix with the biggest visible difference.
