Chapter 01 — The firm
Thirty years,
one promise
A roof is the one part of your house you never look at until it fails — and then it is the only thing that matters. Imperial Roofing has spent three decades on the roofs of South East London learning that lesson on other people's behalf, so you do not have to learn it the wet way.
We are fully insured, we use only quality materials from established suppliers, and every job is guaranteed in writing. Customer relations are the core of the business: we are guests in your home, so we work fast, keep disruption to a minimum, and leave the place clean and tidy — every day, not just at the end.
Chapter 06 — Questions
Asked
often
How do I know if I need a repair or a new roof?
Start with a survey — we photograph the roof and show you. Isolated slipped tiles or failed flashing usually mean repair; widespread perished felt, sagging, or tiles past their service life mean replacement is cheaper than repeated patching.
What does a new roof cost?
Sample range for a 3-bed semi in tile: £6,500–£11,000, depending on size, material and access. Your written quote is itemised and fixed — the sample figures here are only to set expectations.
Do you work in bad weather?
We schedule around forecasts and never strip a roof we cannot make watertight the same day. Emergency make-safes run in any weather, day or night.
Will my garden and home stay clean?
Yes — it is a point of pride. Dust sheets indoors, contained skips and waste outdoors, and a full sweep every evening. Thirty years of practice at leaving no trace.
Is your work guaranteed?
Every job, in writing. We are fully insured, use quality materials, and if anything we fitted is not right, we come back and put it right.
